Senior Global Product Manager – Digital Modelling & Data Products

About the role

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of its GoSilico mechanistic modelling and process simulation portfolio. This position sits within the Clinical Programs platform and owns a growing digital and software portfolio that helps customers accelerate process development and reduce time‑to‑clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and go‑to‑market plans for the GoSilico portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer adoption through commercial initiatives.
• Productize data libraries, digital tech‑transfer packages, and analytics‑enabled services.
• Collaborate with marketing, R&D, data science, commercial teams, and external partners to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously refine the offering.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior product manager in digital, data‑driven or software products, preferably within life sciences or biotechnology.
• Strong strategic autonomy and ability to deliver measurable business results.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the key interface between technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to evolve the role as Cytiva’s digital strategy expands.
