Senior Graphic Designer – Web3 & Crypto Focus

About the role

We are looking for a senior graphic designer to shape the visual identity of an innovative technology brand operating in the Web3 ecosystem. Based in Germany, you will blend brand strategy, digital design, and cultural awareness to create engaging experiences for global crypto‑native communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong visual strategy that aligns with brand guidelines while allowing creative experimentation.
• Create high‑quality digital assets for websites, social media, campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
• Design content optimized for crypto‑native platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Incorporate current memes, trends, and digital culture into visuals while maintaining brand authenticity.
• Monitor emerging design, technology, and Web3 trends to adapt creative strategies quickly.
• Build efficient creative workflows, manage design projects, and coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies.
• Organise and maintain creative assets, templates, and scalable design systems for global growth.
• Lead visual design efforts for conferences, industry events, and community‑focused initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of digital‑first work.
• Deep understanding of crypto‑native culture, meme trends, and platforms such as Crypto Twitter.
• Experience designing for Web3, blockchain, crypto, or other innovative digital industries is highly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, community, and external creative partners.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
