Senior HR Manager – Central Europe

About the role

As a strategic HR Business Partner for Central Europe, you will support the HR Director and act as a key sparring partner, driving HR initiatives, talent development and workforce planning across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies, providing coaching and guidance on talent, organization and employee relations.
• Lead talent review, succession planning and organizational effectiveness projects, ensuring critical pipelines for leadership roles.
• Support labor cost governance, workforce planning analyses and compensation coordination in line with Group guidelines.
• Represent HR in regional forums, lead cross‑functional projects and mentor the HR & Office Management Intern.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Several years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in an international matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of German labour law and experience working with Works Councils.
• Fluent in English and German with excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
