Senior Influencer Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Flix is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave within its Global Brand & Growth team. You will own the global influencer marketing strategy, work across multiple channels, and have autonomy to shape the discipline at Flix.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the global point of contact for all influencer marketing activities and advise internal and regional teams.
• Develop and execute a scalable global influencer strategy aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers of all tiers, negotiate partnerships, and explore new content formats.
• Lead planning and execution of diverse influencer campaigns, integrating them with broader marketing initiatives.
• Manage the influencer marketing budget, allocate spend efficiently, and track performance with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a proven record of global campaign success.
• Strong network of influencers, creators, and industry stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional collaboration across international markets, especially in DE, US, UK, IT, Benelux, and FR.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
