Senior Interior Designer – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to shape the look and feel of Numa’s hospitality spaces across Europe. You will work closely with the Head of Design and regional design managers to create on‑brand environments that blend Numa’s aesthetic with local neighbourhood character.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the brand‑aligned interior design concept for new rooms, studios and apartments.
• Support R&D on brand updates and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FFE) innovations.
• Review and approve construction documentation, specifications and tender sets from landlords, architects and contractors.
• Prepare full tender packages for FFE scope, including layouts, technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits with regional project managers to ensure design quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement to keep design proposals within budget while maintaining impact.
• Work with real‑estate, revenue and operations teams to define space programmes for each market.

Required profile

• 8+ years of interior design or architecture experience, preferably in hospitality or multi‑unit residential projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German for reviewing legal construction documents.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with Enscape for real‑time rendering.
• Strong BIM workflow knowledge.
