Senior International Product Manager

About the role

As a Senior International Product Manager you will join Enovis' International Prevention & Recovery Marketing Team. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, development and growth of the bracing and supports portfolio across global markets, driving better patient outcomes in orthopedics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the assigned product portfolio.
• Act as the subject‑matter and application expert for bracing and support products.
• Develop and execute a product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence and business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize new product opportunities by analysing portfolio gaps, unmet clinical needs and emerging technologies.
• Translate the Voice of the Customer into actionable product strategies and innovation initiatives.
• Build robust business cases to support new product development and portfolio investments.
• Conduct market assessments and opportunity analyses to drive growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within the orthopedic medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of global product development processes and regulatory environments.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with R&D, marketing, sales and clinical teams.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French language skills are a plus.
