Senior Management Consultant – People Advisory

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join its People Advisory practice in Germany. You will work with senior leaders across Europe to shape the future of work through integrated reward, organisation design, operating model and talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design total‑reward and pay‑transparency programmes that enhance attraction, retention and fairness.
• Build organisation structures and operating models that support growth and transformation.
• Develop career architectures, skills frameworks and talent strategies aligned to business needs.
• Advise clients on workforce effectiveness, employee value propositions and regulatory changes.
• Lead high‑profile consulting engagements across Europe and beyond.

Required profile

• 8–15 years of experience in management consulting, HR advisory, organisational effectiveness or reward consulting.
• Strong problem‑solving and client advisory capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex projects.
• Curiosity about evolving jobs, skills, careers and rewards.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Agile mindset, intellectual curiosity and ability to connect disparate challenges into practical solutions.
