Senior Manager, Brand Management – Alcoholic Ready to Drink (Germany)

About the role

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a senior brand leader to own the Alcoholic Ready to Drink portfolio in Germany. You will translate global brand vision into locally relevant, consumer‑first experiences that drive growth and long‑term brand love.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand activation across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Collaborate with local and central Brand Partners to develop integrated campaigns.
• Convert consumer and performance insights into clear growth opportunities.
• Deliver best‑in‑class media, digital, experiential, shopper and sampling campaigns.
• Localise global assets while safeguarding brand integrity and creative excellence.
• Partner with Commercial, RGM, Insights, IMX, Finance, Legal, agencies and bottlers.
• Track performance, learn quickly and continuously raise the bar.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of brand management experience with full ownership mindset.
• Background in the Alcoholic Ready to Drink or spirit industry.
• Fluent in German and comfortable working in international, matrixed teams.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys execution and delivering results.
• Strong communicator able to lead through influence.
• Data‑savvy, creatively ambitious and commercially grounded.
• Proven project‑management and agency‑leadership experience.
