About the role
The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Management to lead one of its iconic brands in Germany. You will translate global brand vision into locally relevant, consumer‑first experiences that drive growth and long‑term brand love.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end brand activation across paid, owned and earned media.
- Turn consumer and performance insights into clear growth opportunities.
- Deliver integrated campaigns spanning media, digital, experiential, shopper and sampling.
- Localise global assets while safeguarding brand integrity and creative excellence.
- Collaborate with Commercial, RGM, Insights, Finance, Legal, agencies and bottlers.
- Track performance, learn quickly and continuously raise standards.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of brand management experience with full ownership mindset.
- Fluent in German and comfortable working in international, matrixed teams.
- Strategic thinker who can move from concept to execution.
- Strong communicator able to lead through influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Data‑savvy, creatively ambitious and commercially grounded.

- Experience in project management and agency leadership.
