Senior Manager, CEO Office

About the role

Lime is building an Office of the CEO to improve enterprise alignment and execution. The Senior Manager will support the development and execution of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating system, translating the Long Range Plan into actionable annual plans and tracking progress across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support translation of the Long Range Plan into annual plans and budgets; build and maintain models (LRP, TAM/SAM) and assist capital allocation analysis.
• Maintain the executive operating system: planning cycles, business reviews, OKRs, enterprise priority tracking; monitor progress and execution risks.
• Contribute to competitive and industry intelligence by tracking competitor activity and providing insights for leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional strategic initiatives, building analyses, tracking milestones and ensuring follow‑through.
• Prepare board materials, analysis and governance documentation to support public‑company readiness.
• Conduct high‑impact strategic analysis and develop recommendations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving structured problems.
• Strong analytical ability with a track record of turning insights into clear recommendations.
• Effective collaborator who builds strong working relationships across functions.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ownership mindset with a commitment to follow through to completion.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting or similar roles.
