Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & Channel

About the role

Spire is looking for a senior digital marketer to lead its global digital and channel engine. As a key member of the Growth Marketing and Go‑To‑Market leadership team, you will set the digital vision, build scalable programs and drive measurable business impact across commercial and government segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global digital channel strategy for commercial and government audiences.
• Design, execute and continuously optimise multi‑channel programmes (SEO, SEM, paid search, display, programmatic, retargeting, social, email).
• Lead inbound demand generation, website performance, conversion paths and digital contribution to pipeline.
• Directly manage the Social Media & Content Marketing Manager, Video Producer and Website Lead.
• Hands‑on execution: build landing pages, manage HubSpot campaigns, workflows, email journeys and lead scoring.
• Run paid campaigns across search, display, LinkedIn and retargeting channels.
• Drive SEO/GEO improvements, technical fixes and content optimisation.
• Create, test and refine nurture journeys, A/B test messaging, creative and conversion paths.

Required profile

• Senior‑level digital marketer with proven leadership of cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience in B2B and B2G environments, aligning digital programmes with sales and pipeline goals.
• Ability to translate strategy into hands‑on execution while coaching team members.
