Senior Market Research Manager

About the role

As a Senior Market Research Manager you will join HelloFresh’s cross‑functional research team, turning customer data and feedback into actionable insights that shape brand strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain and develop the Global Brand Tracker, preparing brand‑health analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews presented to the Board and CEO.
• Conduct driver analysis, manage the Tableau dashboard and supply data for geo‑tests across markets.
• Design and execute ad‑hoc quantitative research projects on consumer behavior, campaigns, creatives and new products.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for global and local stakeholders.
• Collaborate with market‑research vendors, write briefs, evaluate proposals and oversee project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on quantitative market‑research experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in agile, cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and self‑organising work style.

Required skills

• Questionnaire design and multivariate analytics.
• Proficiency with SPSS and Excel; knowledge of R or Python is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and Google Slides for reporting.
• Familiarity with online survey platforms such as QuestionPro.
• Comfort using AI‑powered tools like Claude Code and Gemini Pro.
