Senior Marketing Manager – DACH Public Sector

About the role

Chesamel Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the DACH public‑sector market. You will drive awareness and demand for AI, cloud and digital‑sovereignty solutions among government organisations, positioning the firm as a trusted partner for digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the DACH public‑sector vertical.
• Lead Account‑Based Marketing programmes targeting strategic public‑sector accounts, creating tailored messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Plan and deliver high‑impact owned events, executive programmes and industry conferences, and manage strategic sponsorships.
• Oversee external agencies, creative partners and event suppliers to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain market positioning by monitoring trends in digital sovereignty, AI, security and digital transformation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level marketing roles, preferably within the public‑sector or technology space.
• Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level executives, IT decision‑makers and developer audiences.
• Strong track record of building and executing ABM programmes and integrated marketing plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills with sales, product and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience planning and managing large‑scale events and sponsorships.
