Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation (DACH)

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will shape Experian’s market presence in the DACH region. You will own a holistic demand‑generation strategy, drive multi‑stage campaigns and ensure high‑quality leads that directly impact revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and continuously optimise a 1‑to‑multi‑year marketing strategy aligned with executive leadership.
• Lead strategic lead generation in close collaboration with sales leaders, covering the full funnel and improving lead quality and quantity.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, monitor performance and fine‑tune based on success metrics.
• Analyse market trends, competitive activity and customer needs to evolve the marketing approach.
• Manage external agencies and service providers independently.
• Shape processes, create content and plan events to support demand generation.
• Utilise and further develop MarTech platforms Eloqua and Salesforce for data‑driven, scalable marketing.
• Provide people leadership for one team member, including coaching and performance management.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in demand generation and lead management.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with a focus on revenue impact.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with regional product, sales and marketing teams.
• Experience managing external agencies and service providers.
• Leadership capability to coach and develop junior team members.
