Senior Process Engineer – Amazon Logistics

About the role

Amazon Logistics is looking for a senior‑level Process Engineer to design new delivery stations and upgrade existing ones across Europe. The role combines hands‑on engineering, automation integration and cross‑functional project leadership to improve safety, cost, quality and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end design and execution of new delivery stations and legacy site upgrades, including automation integration.
• Lead EU‑wide technology integration and standardisation programmes, owning layout optimisation for assigned stations.
• Provide process expertise on material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real‑estate implications.
• Contribute to network standardisation by sharing best practices with EU counterparts.
• Identify and lead strategic initiatives to improve station processes and designs, influencing key stakeholders.
