Senior Product Engineer – DevTools & AI Reliability (Remote)

About the role

Checkly builds developer‑focused reliability tools that let teams own end‑to‑end tests and synthetic monitoring as code. As a Senior Product Engineer you will create reliability solutions for AI‑native software, using AI‑assisted development and close collaboration with users.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features using AI coding agents for full‑stack development, from scaffolding to debugging.
• Engage directly with developers, DevOps and SRE teams to understand workflows, pain points and feedback.
• Identify and solve high‑impact problems such as flaky tests, noisy alerts and unclear failures.
• Own the product end‑to‑end, including implementation, rollout, on‑call support and customer assistance.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping AI‑enhanced features and taking projects from zero to production.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating production software at scale.
• Ability to hold product‑focused conversations and assess whether solutions meet customer needs.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous work style suited to a fully remote, async environment.
