Senior Product Manager (all genders)

About the role

As a Senior Principal Product Manager in Zalando's Fulfillment Core, you will lead the Inventory domain, shaping product vision and delivering AI‑enabled solutions that improve the experience for millions of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define a clear product vision, roadmap and ambitious targets, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams.
• Identify new product opportunities with a customer‑centric mindset, prioritize solutions and move fast to launch.
• Apply data‑informed frameworks to navigate complex trade‑offs and turn concepts into reality.
• Mentor colleagues, share deep domain expertise and champion best‑practice product methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering technical products at scale, preferably in e‑commerce or online service marketplaces.
• Strong customer mindset with experience in user research, product discovery and turning insights into product features.
• Experience working closely with Design, Engineering and Data Science teams.

Required skills

• Product management methods and tools for platform and capability products.
• Ability to leverage AI technologies for prototyping, data understanding and decision‑making.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and running rapid experiments.
