Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

SoSafe is transitioning to a segment‑led go‑to‑market model and needs a senior product marketer to own positioning, messaging and solution architecture for priority segments across geography, industry and customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own segment‑specific messaging, value propositions and playbooks that address buyer situations, problems and outcomes.
• Define solution sets for each priority segment, translating capabilities into business‑focused narratives.
• Create and maintain scalable field assets such as solution briefs, demo scripts, battle cards and objection‑handling guides, leveraging AI for rapid iteration.
• Validate messaging and demo content through rep feedback, customer interviews and early‑cohort testing.
• Track asset utilisation, win rates, pipeline velocity and net‑revenue‑retention to demonstrate commercial impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product, solutions or segment marketing with a proven record of segment‑specific positioning.
• Strong ability to write in buyer language (situation, problem, solution, outcome) and translate insight into field‑facing content.
• Proficiency with competitive‑intelligence tools and daily use of AI tools to accelerate research and content creation.
• Cross‑functional collaboration skills to align product, sales, CS and commercial teams around segment strategy.
• Preferred experience in cybersecurity, HR‑tech or similarly technical B2B environments.
