Senior Project Manager – CAR‑T International Markets

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead complex, cross‑functional projects within Miltenyi Biomedicine’s CAR‑T International Markets Department. You will coordinate sub‑teams, develop work packages and support the end‑to‑end journey of CAR‑T products from development through decentralized manufacturing to commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multi‑functional project teams across global departments from concept to implementation.
• Ensure smooth information flow, alignment and collaboration between steering committees and sub‑teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor progress and trigger timely escalations.
• Organise training, technology transfer activities and other operational work packages.
• Facilitate communication with subject‑matter experts and internal stakeholders throughout the CAR‑T product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Business Administration (MBA) or comparable master’s‑level qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in life‑science, pharmaceutical, medical‑technology or strategic consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrix environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities accurately and reliably.
