Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Security Projects

About the role

We are expanding our Germany operations and need an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise‑level electronic security projects for a growing portfolio of customers. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from pre‑sales support and solution design through delivery, service coordination, and after‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to the team and customers, identifying and removing roadblocks.
• Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of programmes.
• Plan, monitor and report on programme and individual project progress with accurate data.
• Maintain centralised documentation (reports, planning, financials, EHS, etc.) and keep client platforms up‑to‑date.
• Assign tasks, oversee construction schedules, conduct site walks, and enforce quality, health & safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement, material flow and subcontractor performance to meet delivery dates.
• Manage change orders, design modifications and contract adjustments, devising corrective action plans.
• Prepare and supervise all project paperwork, from as‑builds to hand‑over documentation, ensuring timely invoicing and profitability.
• Support senior management with forecasting, cost control and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise, commercial, warehousing or data‑centre security projects.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and drive high standards of delivery.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience with electronic security systems installation.
• Proficiency in project planning tools and reporting platforms.
• Financial tracking and cost control expertise.
• Knowledge of procurement and subcontractor management.
