Senior Project Manager – Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex logistics, industrial and large‑scale commercial developments across all HOAI phases (1–9) in the Rhein‑Main region and wider Germany. The role is client‑facing and covers the full project lifecycle from concept and permitting through construction, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle across HOAI phases 1‑9.
• Serve as the primary interface between clients, contractors and consultants, ensuring alignment of all stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Oversee programme, cost and risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead procurement activities, including tendering, contractor selection and contract negotiations.
• Monitor on‑site construction progress, ensuring compliance with design, specifications and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to clients and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in Germany.
• Strong background in logistics, industrial or large‑scale commercial projects.
• In‑depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB and German building regulations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Residency in, or eligibility to work in, Frankfurt or the surrounding region.
