Senior Project Manager – IC Design for Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of sophisticated mixed‑signal ASICs for consumer‑electronics products. You will coordinate international teams, work closely with semiconductor foundries, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technically complex ASIC development projects, overseeing scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Manage and motivate cross‑functional, international teams.
• Coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders and external partners, including foundry business partners.
• Monitor project progress and report status to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for unforeseen issues.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, creative team player with strong analytical and assertive mindset.
• Quality‑oriented, independent working style with clear stakeholder communication.
• Deep knowledge of mixed‑signal ASIC design and semiconductor processes.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IC development and several years leading technical projects.
• Proficient English (C1); advanced German (B1) is a plus.
• M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable qualification.
