Senior Project Manager (Partnerships)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our brand partnership projects from concept through delivery. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet both COLORS’ vision and client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple brand partnership projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables together with strategy, creative, production and leadership.
• Maintain detailed project plans, allocate resources, monitor risks and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate kick‑off meetings, regular check‑ins and post‑mortem reviews.
• Ensure all outputs comply with COLORS’ and client brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of project‑management experience in commercial, creative or entertainment settings.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.

• Notion for project tracking.
• Google Workspace suite – Sheets, Docs, Slides and Drive.
