Senior Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition (Tech)

About the role

eBay is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its Global Talent Acquisition team in Dublin. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technology talent across Ireland, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. The role is a six‑month fixed‑term contract and operates in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and execute hiring strategies for technology roles.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple EMEA markets, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and activate diverse talent pipelines through networking, prospecting and new sourcing channels.
• Champion a positive candidate experience that reflects eBay’s values.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Business Partnering, DIB and Compensation teams to ensure a seamless hiring journey.
• Coach hiring managers and interview panels to improve recruiting capabilities and promote inclusive processes.
• Experiment with AI‑driven recruiting tools and share insights to advance the function.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in e‑commerce or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA labour markets and ability to adapt strategies across countries.
• Passion for technology, innovation and the future of recruiting, including curiosity about AI.
• Resilient, adaptable and team‑oriented in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with leaders, colleagues and candidates.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS/CRM tools such as Workday and GEM.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms, especially LinkedIn.
