Senior Retail Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior Retail Account Manager you will own Glovo's most strategic retail partnerships and drive rapid expansion of the retail footprint across our markets. You will act as the primary liaison between Glovo and top‑tier retail partners, ensuring seamless onboarding, continuous optimisation and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Joint Business Plans (JBP) for key partners, setting yearly road‑maps to increase GMV and market share.
• Identify and pursue untapped business opportunities, creating innovative collaborations that boost platform performance.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding processes, guaranteeing win‑win agreements and smooth operational hand‑over.
• Manage a portfolio of retail accounts, serving as the go‑to contact for daily operations, performance monitoring and growth initiatives.
• Analyse partner data to uncover optimisation opportunities and drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or retail partnership development, preferably in a fast‑paced tech or delivery environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• High energy, hands‑on attitude and ability to thrive in a rapid‑growth setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building long‑term relationships.
