Senior Sales Manager – ServiceNow Service Sales

About the role

Reeds Africa Consult Ltd is looking for a senior sales leader to drive ServiceNow service sales across the German market. The role is fully remote and focuses on enterprise‑level B2B deals, from platform implementations to managed service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for high‑value ServiceNow services, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and custom workflow solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new‑logo acquisitions and account expansions, leading discovery, solution shaping and contract negotiations.
• Develop territory and account plans, engage C‑suite executives (CIO, CTO, IT Director) and collaborate with ServiceNow field teams and alliance partners.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, provide accurate quarterly/annual forecasts and coordinate with presales, delivery, legal and operations teams to produce proposals and SOWs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven enterprise IT service sales experience, specifically selling ServiceNow platform solutions and managed services.
• Native or bilingual German proficiency (C2) and professional English proficiency.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas in high‑value B2B IT environments.
