Senior Sales Partner – Programmatic Advertising (Switzerland)

About the role

Netflix is expanding its ad‑supported plan across several European markets, including Switzerland. As a Senior Sales Partner you will shape and execute the programmatic sales strategy for the Swiss market, working closely with agency holding groups and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic agency partnerships to meet and exceed revenue targets in Switzerland.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior contacts (C‑level, VP, Director) at major agency holding groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Account Management and Measurement Leads to deliver programmatic “always‑on” campaigns.
• Leverage Netflix’s audience insights and premium content to create compelling advertising solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Support cross‑functional Go‑to‑Market and commercial teams to ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in programmatic advertising sales.
• Established network of senior agency and client contacts in Europe.
• Proven track record of building new market relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with GTM and commercial teams.
