Senior SEO and Generative Search Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO and Generative Search Manager to shape Pleo’s web presence for the generative AI era. You will work within a collaborative Marketing team to turn organic discovery into revenue, partnering closely with Engineering, Product and Brand.

Key responsibilities

• Redefine visibility for generative AI platforms (Google AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity) by optimising site architecture and digital footprint.
• Lead the experimentation roadmap for high‑intent landing pages, including A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
• Influence the Content team’s strategy, shifting from volume‑based production to entity‑based content clusters that perform in traditional search and LLM training sets.
• Implement advanced technical SEO solutions such as Schema.org markup, site‑speed optimisation and programmatic SEO builds.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ship changes that directly impact organic traffic and closed‑won revenue.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in technical SEO and AI‑driven search strategies.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering and content teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
