Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant – IRM/SecOps

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a fast‑growing consultancy focused on Security, Risk & Compliance. The role will support enterprise customers across Europe, delivering complex IRM, GRC and SecOps programmes in a remote‑hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow IRM, GRC and SecOps projects for large organisations.
• Facilitate workshops, capture business requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure, customise and enhance ServiceNow platforms following best‑practice guidelines.
• Advise stakeholders on risk, compliance and security processes, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as IRM, GRC, SecOps, SIR, VR or TPRM.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS‑IRM, CIS‑SIR, CIS‑VR) are a plus.
• Fluent English and at least B2 level German.
