Senior Social Media Manager - French Fluent

About the role

Paradox is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can turn a blank feed into a growth engine. You will own the entire content creation process, from spotting trends to publishing posts, using AI tools to amplify productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging social trends and quickly produce original posts that capture audience attention.
• Write captions, edit visuals, and publish content without relying on a large team.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and other creative platforms to generate, repurpose, and optimize content.
• Monitor performance metrics, distinguish vanity reach from genuine follower or lead conversion, and iterate based on data.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice in both French and English across all channels.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on social media experience, preferably in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bias toward action: comfortable launching a scrappy version quickly rather than waiting for perfection.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy.

Required skills

• Claude AI (or similar large‑language‑model) for content generation.
• AI creative tools for editing, captioning, and repurposing.
