Senior Software Engineer – Full-Stack (TypeScript/React/Node.js)

About the role

Buena is building a technology platform to simplify real‑estate transactions across Germany. As a Senior Software Engineer you will join a small, high‑impact team and help turn property‑management operations into reliable, AI‑enabled software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end product features from concept to production.
• Own specific components of the platform and influence architectural decisions.
• Improve performance and reliability of core systems.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to translate operational workflows into simple, scalable code.
• Contribute to engineering culture, practices and technical standards as the team grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping and operating production web applications.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of features from idea through deployment and iteration.
• Ability to make pragmatic product and technical decisions in ambiguous situations.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Solid background in Node.js or comparable modern full‑stack environments.
