About the role

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and administer employment contracts and executive benefit agreements.
• Advise senior executives on German employment law, contractual and pension issues.
• Develop and implement executive benefit programmes, coordinating global initiatives.
• Provide legal assessments for M&A projects and ensure compliant implementation.
• Support collective bargaining and co‑determination topics as needed.

Required profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with a focus on German labor and employment law.
• Several years of professional experience advising executives and drafting contracts.
• Strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Interest in digital and AI‑enhanced legal processes.
• Passion for agriculture and the BASF mission.
