Senior Specialist, Non-Financial Reporting

About the role

Delivery Hero is looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the production of its global non‑financial report in line with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). You will work across the Finance team and collaborate with stakeholders from People & Culture, Legal, Product and the wider network of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and external assurance of the annual global non‑financial report.
• Develop communication materials that explain CSRD requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Report on EU Taxonomy, conduct non‑financial risk assessments and coordinate new reporting regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and align disclosures with frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD and ISSB.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations on ESG disclosures and investor queries, including CDP reporting.
• Support and improve processes for external assurance, including automation and yearly optimisation.
• Drive projects that enhance the Group’s readiness for CSRD and related regulations.

Required profile

• Strong interest and proven experience in leading non‑financial reporting and external assurance work.
• Experience working directly with auditors in a corporate, consultancy or audit‑firm setting.
• Excellent qualitative analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand ESRS standards.
• Ability to translate complex sustainability requirements into clear guidance for diverse stakeholders.
