Senior Specialist Product Costing

About the role

As a Senior Specialist Product Costing you will lead the global product costing process framework within the Digital Controlling & Processes unit. You will act as the global expert for SAP CO‑PC, translating business requirements into sustainable process and system solutions while supporting finance transformation through digitalization and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the global product costing standards, governance models, policies and best practices.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders, service providers and IT partners on SAP CO‑PC and related finance processes.
• Drive harmonisation, standardisation and continuous improvement of product costing across regions and business units.
• Monitor and improve product costing service delivery with the BPO provider, ensuring data quality, audit readiness and compliance.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA product costing enhancements and coordinate user acceptance testing for system changes.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, finance, information systems or a related field.
• Several years of experience in product costing and manufacturing controlling, preferably within an SSC or Finance Service Hub.
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
