Senior Strategy & Operations Associate (m/f/d)

About the role

FORMEL SKIN is building a global online dermatology clinic and is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help drive operational excellence across its Customer Care and Medical Operations teams. You will use an AI‑first mindset to analyse challenges, design scalable solutions and improve end‑to‑end care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Dive deep into operational data to identify root causes of pain points across the customer journey.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimise workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with the Data team to define KPIs, analyse performance and generate actionable insights.
• Support the launch and scaling of new healthcare categories, including doctor supply, logistics and customer touchpoints.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering and Operations to implement and iterate on solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting or a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a self‑starter mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Technical affinity to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Required skills

• Experience or strong interest in AI tools, automation or no‑code/low‑code solutions.
