Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Filics is building autonomous mobile robots that transform intralogistics. As Senior Supply Chain Manager you will create a robust, scalable supply chain that ensures reliable production of our robots as we move from prototype to serial manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a full‑stack supply chain from scratch, covering sourcing, contracts, and component qualification.
• Identify critical parts, secure supply through contracts, and develop alternative sources to eliminate single‑point failures.
• Set up ERP systems and supply‑chain tools, establish supplier quality tracking, and define quality criteria with engineering.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, assembly, and leadership to align supply availability with production plans.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, negotiating better component prices and optimizing the bill of materials.

Required profile

• Hands‑on leader with strong initiative, work ethic, and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional knowledge sharing.
• Proven experience scaling supply chains from low‑volume prototypes to high‑volume production.
• Ability to work closely with engineering on technical specifications and with assembly on build planning.
