Senior Talent Partner (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join Scout’s growing team and work remotely from Germany. You will be embedded with one of our key clients, adopting their culture and leading the full recruitment lifecycle for sales and go‑to‑market positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to-end recruitment for sales and commercial roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pools using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Partner with internal Talent Acquisition teams and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Proven track record in sales, go‑to‑market or commercial recruitment.
• Background in either in‑house or agency recruitment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
