Senior Technical Recruiter (Berlin)

About the role

Taktile is scaling its AI‑native platform for banks and insurers and needs a senior recruiter to build high‑performing engineering, product and design teams. Based in Berlin, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates and a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for engineering, product and design positions, from role definition to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools and creative outreach.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate quality and keep searches aligned with evolving priorities.
• Deliver a transparent, high‑quality candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Leverage recruiting data to monitor pipeline health, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Continuously refine interview processes, assessments and hiring best practices.
• Support employer branding through events, content and community engagement.
• Coordinate with People Ops for smooth onboarding, relocation and visa support.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on technical recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth startups.
• Proven track record hiring software engineers, platform/AI/ML talent, product managers and designers.
• Experience partnering with senior engineering and product leaders as a trusted advisor.
• Comfortable using AI tools for sourcing, outreach personalization and pipeline management.
• Strong analytical mindset to use data for decision‑making.
