SEO & AEO Engineer – Fixed‑Term (24 months)

About the role

We are looking for a senior SEO & AEO Engineer to join our Global Digital Marketing team on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will own end‑to‑end search marketing campaigns for finance‑sector digital assets, driving visibility and conversions through technical SEO, AI‑powered search optimization, and content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage SEO and AEO campaigns for multiple finance clients.
• Develop and align global content strategies with SEO objectives to improve page structures and conversion pathways.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers and project managers to implement search‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation and ensure site health.
• Analyse performance data, produce dashboards and actionable insights.
• Stay current with AI‑enhanced search trends and integrate them into daily work.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice guidelines.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of proven experience in SEO, with recent work on AI‑powered search results.
• Strong content‑strategy mindset, understanding of user intent and buying journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple business units.
