SEO, AI Search & Website Manager

About the role

Join emnify’s marketing team as the SEO, AI Search & Website Manager. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and HubSpot website pillars, linking them directly to pipeline generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end SEO roadmap covering technical, on‑page and off‑page tactics.
• Lead Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to capture AI‑driven search traffic across multiple languages.
• Manage the HubSpot website, ensuring optimal performance, CRO experiments and multilingual expansion.
• Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Legal and Network teams.
• Serve as primary liaison with the external SEO/GEO agency.
• Maintain a live performance dashboard and report organic pipeline contribution to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in modern SEO within a multilingual, technical environment.
• Strong understanding of AI‑search trends and Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.
