Service Sales Specialist – French (EMEA)

About the role

Bruker is looking for a Service Sales Specialist who is fluent in French to drive service contract sales across the EMEA region. The role is home‑based within Europe and involves regular travel to customer sites. You will act as a key liaison between Bruker’s Nano Surfaces and Metrology division and its scientific‑instrument customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business development plan to grow the Service Business unit.
• Promote and sell LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades and aftermarket products to existing and new customers.
• Maintain and expand the service contract portfolio for all General Purpose Instruments in the assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or through third‑party service providers, respecting the chart of authority.
• Develop and nurture long‑term customer relationships to position Bruker as a trusted partner.
• Support instrument sales by leveraging service offerings.
• Design and launch targeted sales campaigns for specific service products and markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract sales or business development, preferably in scientific or analytical instrumentation.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
