About the role

We are looking for a qualified Mechatronics/Electronics technician to work as a service technician for elevator systems in the Dresden area. The role involves on‑site maintenance, repairs and customer communication to ensure safe and reliable operation of elevators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and accurate ETA information.
• Perform on‑site service visits including planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs.
• Report work performed in real time using the e‑Optimum system and generate customer notifications.
• Maintain equipment safety, identify risks and apply escalation procedures when necessary.
• Manage on‑site environment, spare‑part inventory and service tools, keeping them safe and well‑maintained.
• Raise sales leads, submit timesheets and follow company processes.
• Provide feedback for product and safety improvements.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer relationships and ability to act as an ambassador for the company.
• Proven ability to work safely, identify risks and follow safety and maintenance instructions.
• Organizational skills to plan workload and manage inventory.
• Willingness to attend training and, when required, coach colleagues.
