Simulation Software Developer – Eurodrone Virtual Engineering

About the role

Join Airbus Defence & Space in Manching as a Simulation Software Developer working on the Eurodrone Virtual Engineering project. You will help create high‑fidelity engineering and training simulations for the European MALE RPAS program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software components that simulate synthetic environments and models for the Eurodrone system.
• Support the generation and deployment of a central simulation platform, including associated governance, processes, and tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to integrate and verify the Eurodrone system within the simulation framework.
• Contribute to the development of Eurodrone training simulators used throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Software Developer in a complex, high‑performance environment.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multidisciplinary team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate system modeling.
