Simulation Software Developer

About the role

Join the team developing high‑fidelity simulation software for the A400M programme. You will work on Full Flight Simulators and test facilities that support pilot training and avionics certification, using a C/C++‑centric tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Translate high‑level operational and system requirements into accurate simulation models.
• Design and define simulation interfaces in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop, test, and integrate complex C/C++ components and third‑party modules.
• Manage the full lifecycle of simulation solutions, from development to customer acceptance.
• Support the Block Upgrade 0 project and the Military Test and Support Facility (MTSF) with model updates.

Required profile

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in simulation or avionics domains.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage with customers during acceptance testing.

Required skills

• C programming language.
• C++ programming language.
