Site Administration Manager

About the role

NTI Nanofilm is seeking a Site Administration Manager to oversee site administration, facilities, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance across its locations. The role ensures smooth daily operations while supporting workforce planning, recruitment, policy implementation, and office administration aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site administrative tasks, including facilities, utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and workspace readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for site‑related services.
• Develop and implement local policies and procedures in line with regulations and corporate standards.
• Supervise site security, access control, and emergency preparedness.
• Prepare and manage the site management budget.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with worker’s council and unions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Work with payroll providers and finance on HR‑related matters and provide regular reporting.
• Manage talent development, succession planning, and compensation & benefits for Europe.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site facilities and administration management.
• Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Ability to prepare and control site budgets.
• Familiarity with local labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
