Site Administrator (Construction Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Site Administrator to support construction projects across Germany. You will be the central point for managing project documentation, ensuring that all information is up‑to‑date, accessible and compliant with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Download, register and maintain all new project documentation from the document management system.
• Update the site drawing register, archive superseded drawings and keep live drawing files available on site.
• Log, track and monitor Requests for Information (RFIs) and design queries, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Prepare, record and distribute site meeting minutes.
• Maintain registers for design changes, specifications, schedules and ensure the latest versions are on the project server.
• Support the flow of information to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Assist the project team with general administrative duties to keep site operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Site Administrator, Document Controller or Project Administrator in construction or engineering.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced site environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and within a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document management systems.
