Site Construction Manager

About the role

Weltec Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects in Germany. This senior‑level position will oversee site teams, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, install and commission mechanical systems across commercial and industrial sites.
• Manage on‑site trades, apprentices and subcontractors to achieve safe and timely delivery.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and work scopes.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, clients and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
• Implement scope of work for construction, fabrication and pre‑commissioning activities.
• Oversee site design and construction processes, including resource planning for labour, materials and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Trade qualification with a National Craft Certificate or relevant third‑level qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory, foreman or construction management role.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities with a strong focus on safety and quality.
