Site Controller (f/m/d)

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Site Controller to act as a strategic business partner for its Kelheim site, supporting plant management with financial insights and controlling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and reporting to plant management and key functions.
• Own controlling activities, delivering analyses and insights for business decisions.
• Manage investment controlling and support capital project planning and execution.
• Participate in monthly and year‑end closing, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools, reporting processes and analytical capabilities.
• Support funding and grant‑related projects and identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, preferably with a focus on Controlling.
• Several years of controlling experience in an international environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, English communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic setting.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to drive change.
• Interest in a long‑term on‑site career at the Kelheim location.
