Site Facility Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

OPmobility is looking for a proactive Site Facility Manager to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of its facilities. You will be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks, from minor repairs to overseeing external service providers, supporting the company’s commitment to innovative and sustainable mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Perform small‑scale repairs in electrical, sanitary, heating, door, window and pedestrian‑path areas.
• Carry out regular inspections and maintenance of buildings and outdoor installations.
• Document completed work and report any major damages.
• Supervise the cleaning contractor and act as the main contact for the landlord’s caretaker.

Required profile

• Technical or craft training (e.g., electrician, installer, painter, locksmith); electrical training preferred.
• Structured, independent work style with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient use of PC and MS‑Office applications.
• Valid driving licence class B.
• Willingness to attend job‑specific training and relevant work experience.
