Site Manager – Civil Works

About the role

Denys Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead civil‑works projects in Germany. You will be responsible for coordinating construction activities, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the assigned section of the construction site, meeting deadlines, quality standards and budgets.
• Lead construction and installation teams, and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage personnel, materials, machinery and deliveries.
• Support progress measurement, variation management and billing of completed work.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and other project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in civil engineering, certified engineering technician qualification, or advanced construction foreman/master craftsman qualification.
• Several years of site‑management experience on infrastructure or civil‑engineering projects.
• Strong leadership, structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• Familiarity with construction processes, regulations and digital tools.
• Clear communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 or higher).
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work regularly on project sites.
